Do you need a night out?

Would you love to win $5,000 in cash?

Do you enjoy supporting programs that benefit the Kansas City community?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, Take Five is for you.

This year’s Take Five, the Junior League of Kansas City, Missouri’s premier cocktail party, features

  • A $5,000 cash giveaway
  • Exclusive prize packages from:
    • Local sports teams
    • Great area restaurants
    • Fantastic hotels
    • Luxurious spas
  • Live entertainment from Lost Wax
  • Specialty drinks and local culinary favorites

And, a portion of every dollar raised goes directly to programs that support our city.

Danielle Stingley, our Take Five Marketing Chair says, “The event is for all members of the community, so we really encourage you to bring spouses, partners, out-of-town guests, parents, and neighbors – and if you can’t attend the event, you can still purchase raffle tickets to win the $5,000 cash prize at www.takefivekc.com. Tickets are $25 each or $100 for 5 online and at the event – and the winner need not be present to win.”

But you’ll want to be there, because this party with a purpose is a great way to mingle with an amazing group of Kansas Citians, catch up with friends and unwind on the dance floor – all while giving back. Since 2012, the Take Five fundraiser has raised more than $200,000 to support the League’s mission.

In addition to feeling great about hosting one of the League’s largest fundraisers, Rory Welsh, Take Five Co-Chair, is also excited about the amazing food vendors. This year’s event will include some of the amazing local vendors from years prior, but also several new vendors, including a food truck for late night bites.

So if you haven’t already, now’s the time to mark your calendar for Friday, March 3rd!

Take Five will be at Studio Dan Meiners at 2500 West Pennway Street in downtown Kansas City, Missouri, and the fun will continue afterwards at Hotel Sorella.

VIP and general admission tickets are available for the general public and on the Members Only site for League members, as League dues include a $15 credit toward admission. A VIP ticket allows early entry at 7 pm and a swag bag featuring awesome gifts from donors like Kendra Scott!

Take Five is one of the can’t-miss social events of the year. See you there with bells on #TakeFiveKC!
