Meet the Board | Ericka Duker

Meet Ericka Duker, Assistant Treasurer.

Ericka Duker oversees the annual Junior League budget process in her role as Assistant Treasurer. This is her ninth year in the League.

Ericka is a native of Overland Park, Kansas and is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia.  While at “good ole Mizzou” she participated in the Finance and Real Estate dual degree program. After graduating, she obtained an analyst position at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.  While working, she obtained her Masters in Business and Administration from Rockhurst University.  Ericka currently works as an Audit Project Manager at Sprint.  She became involved in the Junior league after graduating from her undergraduate studies.  The most rewarding position that she has had in the Junior League was being a part of the Nominating Committee.  She was in awe about how much good work goes into selecting the League’s leaders. Ericka truly believes that the league helps to shape her everyday life.  She is also involved in the Central Exchange and is a member of her church Finance Committee.  During her free time, Ericka loves to spend time with her family, her husband John and their miniature poodles Duke Duker and Dusty Graves.  She loves to travel, eat good food, and shop.
