The League Pulse Archives

The Junior League of Kansas City, Missouri: women building better communities.

Meet the Board | Jessica Earnshaw

Jessica Earnshaw is the Director of Marketing and oversees all print and media to maintain a high level of consistent branding throughout the League. This is her ninth year in the League.

Jessica moved to Kansas City from Iowa after college to teach middle school in Liberty.  She spent three years in Liberty and two in Lee’s Summit teaching and coaching cheerleading. After she had her son, Lincoln, she stayed home with him and became involved in Junior League, Jackson County CASA, LLS, the American Cancer Society, and a few other nonprofits.  The most rewarding position she’s had in the League was co-chairing Holiday Mart when it moved downtown to Bartle Hall. Despite it being a major challenge, Jessica learned a lot about Kansas City, and it helped her get the job she holds today as an event planner at KC Magazine. Jessica is a firm believer that you get out of the League what you put into it. When she have free time (what’s that?), Jessica loves to travel, play tennis, play with her son and her dog, Pippa, and relax on the beach.
