Holiday Mart Committee | Decemeber Ruth-Smith

Meet Decemeber Ruth-Smith, 2013 Holiday Mart Special Events Co-Chair. Decemeber has been an active member in the Junior League of Kansas City, MO for three years and is a Business Analyst II at the Sprint headquarters in Overland Park.  When she’s not working, she’s an avid runner participating in half and full marathons and when she’s not running you will find her at a Pure Barre class.

What inspires me the most about the Junior League of Kansas City’s Holiday Mart and what makes me “Heart the Mart” is the dedication that the committee has and the efforts put forth to create an event that directly makes a difference within our community.  It is astonishing what an esteem group of women can accomplish through volunteering our time and most important we love doing it!
